   Golf Course Management Services -  The Town requests proposals from firms interested in providing Management Services for the River Bend Country Club, a golf course located at 250 East Center Street. Currently, this golf course is under private ownership. The Town is in active negotiations to purchase the golf course and envisions turning the course over to a professional golf management company to manage. Proposals must be received in the Town Administrator’s Office, 65 North Main Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379, not later than 12:00 p.m. local time on January 20, 2017.  Proposal requirements and content are set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The firm whose proposal is accepted will be awarded a contract effective upon the finalization of the Town’s purchase of the golf course anticipated in the Spring of 2017, for a term of up to twenty (20) years, with an option to purchase.    Dog Park Engineering and Land Surveying: The Town is seeking proposals for Engineering Services and Land Surveying to design a proposed Dog Park to be located adjacent to the WBYAA baseball fields. Firms should have experience designing at least one dog park or have extensive experience designing outdoor public space. Proposals should be in two separate sealed envelopes: one for a proposal and the other for price. Both should be clearly marked. See the RFP document for more information on requirements and criteria on which bidders will be judged.
