Riverbend Country Club

On April 20, 2017 at a Special Town Meeting attended by over 400 voters, the Town received authorization to acquire Riverbend Country Club. After following an RFP process, the Board of Selectmen entered into a management contract with Johnson Golf Management, a company with many years' experience in operating golf courses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The management company will pay an annual fee to the Town that covers the bond payment as well as all operating costs of the course.

Riverbend boasts a rustic charm that matches much of the Town of West Bridgewater itself. This 18-hole course sits on 167 acres abutting the scenic Town River. It is a popular course and serves as a host to many tournaments throughout the year.
